Great points from the camera are, it's a plastic camera of course, and the shape itself, I mean, come on? Who's gonna realize that the thing you bring is a camera? Some might be think it's just a simple can of sardin. THAT'S THE AMAZING POINT! Its shape is perfectly look like a can of junk food; With simple and vintage graphic that I love the most.

It seems like, they don't give me a time to collect money to buy it. Uh why?
Yes, because they just revealed the new collection of La Sardina Pattern editions.

Anyways, this post is dedicated to all Lomographer; Who have dedicated their entire life in this plastic way.
Based on the 10 Golden Rules Of Lomography: "Lomography is not an interference in my life, but part of it" and I'm totally agree with it. As you can see the pictures above, that's a Lomography notebook my friend gave as my 17th birthday present, because she knew that I'm a big fan of it.
Now, I'm starting to write down anything, random thoughts, idea, and photography of course.
It says "The Lomography Notebook is your new best friend." And yeah, it's true. The future is analogue! Long live Plastic Camera!

Hi guys! So glad to be back here. Last month, me and my school mates went to many places around Java; Such as Candi Prambanan, Candi Borobudur, Pasar Malioboro, Pantai Parangtritis, Keraton Kesultanan Yogyakarta etc-
We call it as a trip/vacation, not a study tour. Because of our freedomness that our teachers gave to us. Imagine this: They let the student smoking in the hotel or the other place, and they let us go until midnight. I thought that they were "what so ever" to us. I felt their tiredness of school thingy so they just like "it's OK" to everything, they didn't care what we've done.
Anyways, the beautiful landscape of the mountain and forest is such a paradise. We climbed it and finally saw a breathtaking view of the damage that happened from the last earthquake and volcano eruption that hit Indonesia a few months ago. Sad how the trees are falling down without any leaves left, a broken and tumbling rocks that block everything so it was so difficult to go to another place.
Then we went to Candi(s), an old temple that used by the Hindu people to pray. I was amazed, because the stones were magically built without any modern technology. The tour guild told us that the old people used a lego-like system that they had to arrange the stone one by one and the stones have a little piece of hook that makes it sticked together, just like a puzzle or lego. It's just like "WOW!" isn't it?

Break the rules of photography! Because We are going to play with Lomo.
Based on the 10 golden rules of Lomography: "No Rule!" I tried to make a different result from my Holga. Holga camera is using a rare 120 negative. It's not really rare, but it's hard to find it at local photography store. And its price is very expensive.
There's another way to have a magical result without spend a lot of money. Holga magically can be used as a 135mm camera too. And the result is totally amazing.
You can google how to procces the 135mm conversion way or if you already bought the Holga camera you'll probably get the Holga book that contains tons of Holga modification.

What I love from this kind of modification are its hole and semi-panoramatic view. Quite Impressive. I can't wait to make another one!

Ps: I'm having my pre-holiday and still waiting for my last score. I'll have a senior year in a couple of day, so wish me luck!

A Video Project!

Nike Indonesia and Provoke! Magazine are making some video project for their ads-but-not-so-like-ads. Me and my friends from the other schools are in the video. We are trying to make somekind like funny video. Like me, in my part: How to run as fast as I can. Or in my friend- Rizka's part: How to have a good jogging. But the main idea of all those video is: Not a really serious tips. So you better not follow the advice. Lol.

This is Felix. My new gadget-best friend. I named him Felix because it reminds me of Felix the Cat. With his black skin, and his small body. I just added some playlist to it. Not much, but it can entertain me when I'm having a run. But the most favorite playlist of mine is Wounded Rhymes by Lykke Li. I love the gloomy sound, the dark aura from its assemble. Not a really cheerful songs to accompany your running theraphy but it works; At least for me.

Loving each other is such the most precious thing we ever have, don't we? It's not about the usual love, the love you used to share to your boy/girl friend, but it's more like love to your family, your friend, you favorite things, even your dog.
Loving your family is a must! How you express your feeling to your Dad and your Mom. It doesn't matter how your Mother still yelling and barking at you, but you still love her.
How about your favorite toys? Your childhood memories that already gone, and how you mad at your Dad because he dumped it. It means that you very loved it, you don't get sad if you don't love it. Don't you?
About my lovely thing; I remember when the first time I went to a cinema, I was watched the Pinocchio movie around 2k2. And then suddenly, I really fell in love with movie things. Like I used to do every week, go to the nearest even farthest cinema, watching good movie, make a short review about it even I'm not a good movie reviewer. But I don't care, I enjoy it, I love it.

Last Saturday, Provoke! Magazine and Garnier made an event called " Garnier Love Crew "
We went to Kineforum, a small movie cinema that only has 45 seats. We gathered together with deaf kids from Santi Rama school. When they arrived and in the studio, I was like really sad by seeing their weakness. I have to admit that they really have a good appearance, a good-looking face and modish style, but it seems like their deafness is blocking their talent. I was wondering, If they did not that deaf, I'm sure their voices might be good and maybe one of them could be a good singer or a master of poetry. We have to used our hands to speak with them because deaf people mostly can't hear our voices too. It was very happy to see them in happiness. One of them said that He's never been in that place before. So finally, We watched a Charlie Chaplin's silent movie.

It is a such a good thing to appreciate other people's disability. We have to thank and praise God for his gift to us. There's a lot of "unlucky" people who even can't feel what We feel. And this is our chance to take care of them, to share our love. We have to let our arrogantness go and help them. Even making a simple party that can makes them happy is the simplest thing We can do for them just like I did before with Garnier.

Love is an universal language. Love is not about how you take care of your lover, how you give your best present to them. But I think, Love is all about act. How you express your feeling. How you share your happiness to poor people. How you help them. How you make them happy. How you pray to God to save them. And how you bravefully help them without any payment.

First of all, Happy birthday to my favorite event Brightsp•t Market, An unique retail concept that is held several times per year in different locations. As you know it, a place where we can find a good, unique, kind of rare, and on sale stuffs from our local designer such as Nikicio, Danjyo Hiyoji, SATCAS, The Ballet Cats, Whiteboard Journal, etc~
And, I got to thank Nikicio for inviting me to the opening party.

So last night, me and Ruth went to Pacific Place to attend the party. We met so many cool people, inspiring people, fashion people, geeks, hipster, fixed gear boys- and gurls; You name it. Also, we met our friend, Tanya; She's dressed pretty legit that night :)

What I saw from the party was, the location is bigger than the last Brightspot ( it was located at Plaza Indonesia ). And the event was too crowded by people queueing to pay their payment or just to chillin at the corner. One of the eyecatching view was the Magnum Ice Cream booth, with their crews dressed like a princess and prince ( but I think, they will be not feel comfortable by wearing it all day long, for 4 days; LOL ) And also, Nikicio booth gives a fantastic look with their all black clothes ( The new Nikicio Mixte Vol.06 ) a fake fur on the table, and a mini projector that playing their new product campaign. They also put a giant basket full of sale items from the past.

Ohai guys, How's your day? Mine was great. I went to Pasar Baru with my friend Utari Cahyaningrum, and We bought a negatives for our toycams, and We also went to a nice photography exhibition titled " Carpe Diem "
Soon after that, I realized that my old totebag is getting *Yuck*-y, with dirt all around. And the good thing is, my favorite band White Shoes And The Couples Company just launched their newest merchandise, A TOTE BAG! Lol; You know, I such a tote bag lover. So I immediately went to Nanonine to buy it.
About the totebag, I love its artwork, a vintage hand-made artwork that reminds me of my old Wsatcc t-shirt, It has the same airplane graphic, but I still love it.
Okay, I think that's all, and I will post some of the pics I took around Pasar Baru and Carpe Diem. So, Goodnight everyone :)

BEATFEST 2K11

Last March, The Soundshine Event made a music festival titled " Beatfest " ; an annual event that brings indie band / artist. This year's line up was The Whitest Boy Alive and the one and only: MGMT :)
The concert was placed at Bengkel Night Park, Jakarta. And the sucks thing was: The show is an 18+ event, but I already made my fake id to go inside, lol.
Nevertheless, there was another rule that made me+ the other audience mad: NO CAMERA ALLOWED, ANYKIND OF CAMERA.
I was like, What The Fuck? So, please forgive me for the bad resolution of my 2 megapixels Nokia, lol.
And the show was, crowded- fully packed of sweaty people yet awesome. Sajamacut ( the local perfomance ) was energic and the video of random animals behind them was total magic.

The next performance was The Whitest Boy Alive with their semi-disco not yet a jazz-groovy(ish) music that hypnotized us to dance. Erlend was so interactive to us. They played almost all of their songs and a few of new songs. I remember when we had to shout the lyric from their new song; " Upside down, Upside down " Ubercool.

After few minutes waiting for the checksound, MGMT is coming. Andrew Vanwyngarden dressed a little epic with black blazer and tiger prints boxer. I was compared it with the Glastonbury's show where he wore a magical dress with paint all around.
Somekind like a fail to see MGMT at the indoor concert, I mean, come on! MGMT is supposed to be outdoor! Where we can jump with half-naked, share our sweats; muddy, rainy. But I think the promotor of the event had thinked about that. I think they would do that if there wasn't The Whitest Boy Alive on their show.
To bad, at the middle of their performance, when they bring I Found A Whisle, I left. There's not too much place to stand and I got somekind of Dehydration. I decided to go to the bar and *sigh* the drink was so overpriced, so I went outside to bought a mineral water. AND WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE LOBBY, I SAW ERLEND, STANDING ALONE DOING NOTHING, AND I WAS LIKE: OMG OMG OMG WHERE'S MY FUCKING CAMERA??????? and I realized, I left it in my friend's car. DAMN!
And when I'm back, he's still there. But with tired condition; Poor Erlend :(
I decided to in the show again but not like the first time when I stand in front of the stage. I was stand in front of an air conditioner at the corner of the room, lol.
The conclution is, that night was so: Friendly, excited, exhausted, too many rules, sweaty, and anykind of happiness I can't even describe it by words.

What do you think about Lykke Li lately? Don't you think she's turned so much different know? From the kawaii girl in Little Bit and Dance Dance Dance to the rebel dark-like woman in Get Some? So many people says that she joined the illuminati group because her video shows a tons of symbol such as the ▲s and dark and gloomy view.
But i don't give a fuck; I love her new style. She became more fashionable with those black thingy. Go try hear her song titled " I Follow Rivers "
It sounds like, a really deep song about following someone who you really love; I don't know what does the song mean, but that's what I caught from the lyrics.
And from the song itself, the inspiration came. I've taken a few photos after I found my old ripped shirt. A black shirt with holes, its holes show a face you can figure it by yourself ;)

Hi guys! I'm having my 1 week holidays, and today, I'll make a post that has been so long postponed.
This post contains photos that I took in some music concerts.
At first, I thought it would be very easy to make a post like this, I mean. A post that can explain anything. A post that can give you an information, detailly, about the concert, includes the taken picts. But I was wrong.
After the concerts, I was just: got home, logged into Facebook, uploaded it. And voila! All the memories are gone.
Therefore, I decided to mix it all. And i'll add some link to my Facebook photos album.

1. " Sudirman Secret Garden Party 2010 " -- Uffie & Aeroplane
It was my luckiest day EVER. It was just a dream for me, taking picture with Uffie and Vito Aeroplane. Honestly, the show was just for 21+ ( and I was 16 that day lol :p ) Even the Uffie's performance was held at 12 a.m, like i told you before, the show was an adult party.
I was shocked when Uffie jumped from her stage and let us to reached her body. We were touched "almost" of her body parts lol. And took some amazing pics. But too bad, she left her stage after 5 songs. I think she's drunk. And after the Aeroplane's performance, Uffie was joined us to the dancefloor. And I with a hurry, came to her, and took picture together. She's very friendly.
And suddenly, her-i-dont-know-who-he-is came and told us to in the building to ATTEND THE AFTER PARTY! and Uffie was back and gave us 2 more songs. Aeroplane too. He performed until 5 a.m.

2. " Love Garage In The Park " -- Flight Facilities & Two Door Cinema Club
God must be very loves me. In the hard time, when I got no money, but really wanted to come to the TDCC's show. I won a free ticket to the show! A local magazine named " Ouch! " gave me the ticket. The show was held in the park, literally, parking lot. lol.
Little bit hot there but it's okay. Flight Facilities came with alot of giveaways. They throwed their t-shirts and pilot-ish hat. And our favorite " Crave You " song was played at the end of their show. We were singing along together and jumping together while the Flight Facilities played their mixer. And then Two Door Cinema Club came up and sang their hits from the latest album called " Tourist History. "
And at the end of the show, when we were all screaming " we want more, we want more! " they came back with I Can Talk and Comeback Home, and alot of papers came over from their stage and the sky was all covered by its red and white colors. Climax.

3. " Java Jazz Festival 2011 " -- Sondre Lerche & Corinne Bailey Rae
Iam a big fan of Sondre Lerche. His " Say It All " was the first song that I heard when I was in junior high. When I heard the news that Sondre is coming back to Jakarta, without making any doubt, I bought the ticket. And then, the event organizer said that Corinne will perform too, I was like " IS THIS FOR REAL? " It was like an extra bonus for me.
Sondre's performance was quite simple. He was performed acoustic without band, only with his guitar. That night was like, the romantic session with him. And fyi, the whole room was full without any space to stand. And fortunately I sat right in front of him, in the front chair. Hahaha another lucky day of mine :p
He's very friendly, Okay I know he has been 3-or-more times to Indonesia. Well, it means that he really loves Indonesia.
After his show, I quickly ran to the another stage to see Corinne's performance.
Not like Sondre's. Corinne's place was much bigger than him. With high-security system ( not like Sondre's friendly system ). When she started to sing, I felt like in crowdedly peaceful moment of my life. Seriously. Her voice, her smile, the way she plays her guitar. It was very amazing. And after every song she sang, she smilled to us and tried to say Terima Kasih ( Thank You in Bahasa ). She's very energic, and the music festival was ended by her performance.

I came home with a big smile sticked on my face, and I whispered " I just had a great day, I saw Sondre and Corinne, I took a picture with Uffie and Vito, I won a free ticket to TDCC's show, but.. Is this for real? Is this just my dream? Why could I be this lucky? "

Finally! I got my new reading-glasses. Kinda bigger than the old one, but not a big deal. Since my old glasses style gettin mainstream, I'm not afraid to wear something different. Sounds very alt huh? lol whatever.
Honestly. I broke it. I stupidly stepped on it. So, I took some silver tape to temporary fix it by sticked it on the broken handle.
Such a bad thing. And the thing are gettin worser and worser. Firstly, my glasses turned stretchable and uncomfortable. Secondly, some mainstreamer in my school DID IT TOO! But they used it as a trend, not to mention that they are such a epic-failed altbro, but THEY ARE! *oops.
And my friends keep mocking me like, hey zef, you look like em' hahaha! > Somekind l8 that. Bidj.
Until one day, I found some interesting article about vintage glasses, and I saw Erlend Oye's glasses. I called the seller and the price wasn't so expensive. So I ordered it!
Happy? OF COURSE :)

Firstly, happy birthday to my 2-years-classmate Uchi, she turned 17, Well, have a great 17!.
And last saturday, she held a birthday party at some-random-restaurant named "Chubby".
The party was quite awesome. I met a lot of school friends, and her family. We ate alot of burgers and hawd dawg, free soda included. lolz.
Uchi wore a very beautiful black dress with high heels. Stunning.
A few of our seniors came too. And one of em' did a frikky hypnotize therapy to Johan (my school mate).
I don't know, but Johan didn't get hypnotized at all.
And the scary part is .... .. suddenly, he fell down from his chair.
I think his body can't accept the spell of the hypnotize therapy, or maybe he's not strong enough to get it. Finally, we're all panic and helped him.
the happiness turned into frikkiness.
But it's oK. Just look at the brightside. Um... .. free junkfood?

i am so desperately disappointed. I just got my report book, and the result are, okay there's not so many bad points but you know, Math is my biggest enemy. I got 5! Of course my parents mad at me, and they told me to take a private lesson.
So, i think i can't go out as much as like i did before.
i would study hard for this semester, and i'd rather being unknown than fail in school. I promise that i wouldn't go out if there's no good reason like work meeting or something. because of what? And as you know, JavaJazz just revealed their lineup and there's Sondre Lerche and Corinne Bailey Rae in it!

Hi guys! First of all, i've been thinking to make a music review. I found my old memories in my wardrobe and it's about music ( i'll let you guessing :p ). I've prepared everything, but suddenly, my camera is locked in the closet. So, i'll post about it later.
Okay! Let's make a movie review!
Couple days ago, me and my friends were watched a Mandarin horror movie titled "Dream Home". The movie is such a, you know, human-flesh-and-blood-everywhere. I've never seen a Mandarin movie like that. It's such a good transition of their market :p.
I do love horror movie, but not like that kind. And I do love gory movie, but the movie gave it too much. I mean, not like HOSTEL that bring a classy horror/gory movie. Okay, i know maybe the movie genre is such a "NEWBIE" in their country, but. Come On?

So many disturbing scenes, and the not-so-good sex scene. Lol.
I give em' ** (two stars) because of the massacre scene, and the annoying plot.

One of my favorite Alexander McQueen's fashion show is the Asylum ( spring/summer 2001 collection ). McQueen seated the audience around a giant mirrored box, making members of the audience brilliantly uncomfortable as they had to sit confronting their own reflections for some time before the show started. The discomfort for the audience members only got worse, however, when the show began and the box turned transparent, revealing a troubling ‘padded cell’ mental asylum set inside. Models walked inside the box, including Kate Moss and Erin O’Connor, showing off a truly extraordinary collection. The show ended with the shocking tableau of a large, naked model, reclining on a couch with a breathing tube sticking out of the mouth of her masked face.

“Ha! I was really pleased about that. I was looking at it on the monitor, watching everyone trying not to look at themselves. It was a great thing to do in the fashion industry — turn it back on them! God, I’ve had some freaky shows.” – McQueen on forcing his audience to stare at their own reflection for over an hour

the reason why i fell in love with the lomography world is, as you can see it, the results are totally amazing. It's unpredictable. Sometimes, it can makes a blurry effects, or somekind like lightleaks. So, i've been thinking to buy another Lomography camera, but. Which one?

My church always innovating in making the Christmas tree. a few years ago, they made a Christmas tree from tin cans and newspapers. This year, there are no trees at all, the tree is the stage itself. made from a variety of Christmas lights. stunning.

Hi! Sabtu kemarin, ( secara mendadak pula ) Gue dan Nisa pergi ke sebuah Mall di kawasan Rasuna Said. Tadinya, gue gak mau kemana-mana pada hari itu. Karena tiba-tiba gue menbaca status Twitter dari @WSATCC bahwa mereka akan mengadakan acara pada sore harinya bersama Kunokini. Sesampainya disana, sekitar pukul setengah 8, Kunokini pun sudah tampil. Gue pun disana ketemu Daffa Andika dan Trixie Yunisa. Bisa dibilang, acara hari itu agak " kurang klimaks ." Ya mungkin karena acaranyapun di Mall, dengan stage seadanya. Tapi satu hal yang menguntungkan, karena Mall itupun adalah tempat baru dan acaranya pun mendadak, jadi yang datang pun tidak begitu ramai. Jadi, kita memanfaatkan kesempatan itu untuk lebih dekat dengan para topstar :p. Terlihat juga wajah-wajah topstar ibukota seperti Ramondo Gascaro dll.
